These terms and conditions were last updated on 21/10/2016. Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. "We", "Us" or "Our" means e-essentials. "You" or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.

Goods are supplied by e-essentials, Unit E, 4J’s Country Business Park, New Road, Cragg vale, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire HX7 5TT, directly to you and the contract of sale then exists between you and e-essentials. These terms and conditions cover all sales made through this website.

Prices, description and availability of goods

Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.

Making an Order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue to find the product/s you want to purchase, then select and pack size from any drop-down list and select the quantity required and click "Add to cart", then when you've filled your cart click "Check out" and you will be taken through a few screens where we ask a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments through Worldpay, Barclays ePDQ, Nochex and PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If paying by credit/debit card, we accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Visa, MasterCard Credit, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.
This method uses Address Verification so your card MUST be registered at the address on your order. If choosing to enter your card details on our website, they are sent to us securely and your card authorised when we receive your order.
For UK customers only, if you prefer to pay by cheque, we are happy to accept cheque payments by post. If choosing this option please select the check-out option to 'cheque” remember to email us so as we know you've sent a cheque. sales@e-essentials.co.uk   
Bank transfers are also accepted by selecting the “bank transfer” payment option, bank details are advised during final checkout.

Back orders / Out of stock items

We carry substantial stocks of most items, occasionally items go out of stock due to unexpected demand despite our best efforts to ensure availability.
Orders are charged in full when received. Back orders are usually shipped free of further shipping charges. We are usually happy to add further lightweight items to be shipped with back-orders without further shipping cost, but reserve the right to refuse this if the shipping cost is increased as a result.
International Back-Orders: If an item is not in stock we may not automatically back-order that item. We reserve the right to remove the item from your order and refund the cost of that item including any applicable proportion of the overall shipping cost. If you would rather we back-order the item for shipping later we undertake to inform you of any additional shipping cost that may be incurred and give you the option to reconsider.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 7 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:
Fresh / disposable / perishable goods
Goods made to the customer's personal specifications
Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased we endeavour to process all order within 24 hours dependent on availability. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the e-essentials. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.
